Cricket Coach Connect connects players and parents with trusted cricket coaches. You can browse coaches, compare their specialisms, and book one-to-one or group coaching online — plus enjoy a free community for parents, players and coaches.

Cricket Coach Connect was founded by Scott Austin, head coach of Austin Cricket Academy and a Cyprus national team player, to bring players, parents and coaches together in one place.

Players of all ages and levels, from first net session (age 5+) through to county pathway and aspiring professionals. Adults are welcome too.

Yes. You choose your coach, time and focus area when you book.

Each coach sets their own locations in their coach admin page. Once a coach's profile is live, those locations are shown on their profile on the Coaches page. The coach then organises sessions in the area they've listed, which may be indoors, outdoors or at a cricket centre.

1. Browse the Coaches page or the Sessions page and pick a coach or session.
2. Open the booking calendar and choose a time from the coach's live availability.
3. Select the number of players and the session length (1 hour or 1.5 hours).
4. Pay the £5 booking fee by card to send your booking. The card is only charged once the coach approves the session.
5. Pay your coach's session fee directly to them before the session, by bank transfer or their payment link. You'll see how to pay as soon as you book, and the details are emailed to you again once your booking is confirmed.

Yes. You can add up to 8 players to a session booking. Pricing is per player.

A usual session is 1 hour, and the longest single session is 1.5 hours. A 1.5-hour session costs 1.5× the hourly rate (for example, if a 1-hour session is £40, a 1.5-hour session is £60). If you'd like 2 hours of coaching, book two 1-hour sessions — the second session is 35% off.

If a coach isn't able to do a session for any reason, you'll be informed and prompted to choose another date and time. The £5 booking fee is only taken once a coach approves the session, so if it's declined you aren't charged.

You pay a £5 booking fee by card when you book. Your coach's session fee is paid directly to your coach by bank transfer or their payment link before the session. Details are sent once your booking is confirmed.

Cricket Coach Connect does not collect session fees and is not responsible for session fees paid directly to a coach, including any payment that is late, missing or not refunded. Collecting the session fee, and making any refund that is due, is the coach's responsibility.

No — you can book without one. A free account lets you join the community, track your bookings and leave reviews. You can create a free account on the Join page, and existing members can sign in. If you can't find your confirmation email, use the resend option on the sign-in page.

Yes — one-to-one and group coaching are both available, depending on the coach.

Prices vary by coach and session type and are shown on the Sessions page and on each coach's profile.

Yes. Joining the community costs nothing and there's no card needed. You only pay when you book coaching with a coach.

Post and reply in the community, RSVP to events, message coaches, leave reviews after a session, and get first word on camps.

Yes. Choose "Coach" when you sign up to create a free profile, list your locations and sessions, and take bookings.

Some coaches offer yearly plans or multi-week courses. These are run and priced by the individual coach — you'll find them on their profile.

Your session fee is paid directly to your coach, so any refund of it is made by your coach, directly to you. Coaches on Cricket Coach Connect follow these cancellation windows:

• More than 48 hours before the session: full refund of the session fee.
• 24 to 48 hours before: 50% refund of the session fee.
• Less than 24 hours before: no refund, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

The £5 booking fee is not refundable when you cancel.

Contact your coach, or email contact@cricketcoachconnect.com with your booking reference.

If your coach declines your booking, the £5 booking fee is never taken from your card. If your coach cancels a session after approving it, your coach refunds your session fee in full and we refund the £5 booking fee to your card. You can also rebook for another date and time.

If you're unhappy with your first session with a coach, tell us within 7 days. We'll talk to your coach and agree a refund of the session fee, which your coach pays back to you directly.

Plan refunds are set out on the coach's plan terms — see the plan details on the coach's profile.

Full refund if you cancel before the course starts. Once it has begun, a partial refund may be given for the remaining sessions.

Cancel more than 14 days before the camp starts for a full refund. Within 14 days you receive a 50% refund.

Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Enter it at checkout and apply it before paying. Only one code can be used per order, codes can't be combined, and they can't be applied after an order is complete. If a code is invalid, expired or doesn't apply to your basket, you'll pay the normal price. If a valid code fails because of a technical error and you're charged the full price, contact us with your booking reference and we'll refund the difference.

For a session fee, ask your coach: they refund you directly. For a booking fee, email contact@cricketcoachconnect.com with your booking reference and the reason. Card refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days.
