Refund Policy

1. Cancellations made by you

Life with young players can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel a booked session, the following refunds apply:

• More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund.
• 24 to 48 hours before the session: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations must be requested by email or through your member dashboard. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

2. Cancellations made by us

If we have to cancel a session due to weather, coach unavailability, or another reason, you can choose a full refund or a free rescheduling to the next available slot. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.

3. Satisfaction guarantee — first 3 sessions

We are confident your child will enjoy their coaching. If either you or your child is not satisfied, the following guarantee applies:

• After the first session: If you are unhappy for any reason, let us know within 7 days and we will issue a full refund for that session.
• Within the first 3 sessions: If you decide the academy is not the right fit, we will refund the unused portion of any sessions paid for in advance. This is a partial refund based on the number of sessions already taken.
• After 3 sessions: The standard cancellation windows above apply.

This guarantee covers standard one-to-one and group coaching sessions. It does not apply to membership fees, course fees, camps, or merchandise unless otherwise stated.

4. Discount and promo codes

Only one promo code can be used per transaction. Codes must be entered at checkout and applied before payment.

• If a code is invalid, expired, or not applicable to the items in your basket, it will not be applied and you will pay the normal listed price.
• If a valid code fails due to a technical error and you are charged the full price, contact us with your booking reference and we will refund the difference.
• Discounts cannot be combined and cannot be applied retrospectively after an order is complete.

5. Memberships, courses, camps and merchandise

These items have different refund rules:

• Memberships: Can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
• Courses: A full refund is available if you cancel before the course starts. Once the course has begun, a partial refund may be given for remaining sessions.
• Camps: Cancellations more than 14 days before the camp start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% refund.
• Merchandise: Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
